How your people actually work together
What it measures
Performance
Everyone rates the colleagues they actually work with on three things: whether they are
communicative and knowledgeable, whether they deliver on time and at quality, and whether
they would back them for a raise from a limited pot. Stars, one to five.
Scores are then weighted by how each rater is themselves regarded, so praise from a
respected colleague counts for more than praise traded inside a clique.
Network
Anyone can say "I don't work with this person enough to judge", and that answer is the
useful one. What is left is a map of who genuinely works with whom, where the mutual pairs
are, and who is isolated.
Each round also asks the company-wide NPS question, so morale and collaboration can be read
side by side.
How it runs
For the company
Enrol, list your people and departments or import them from a spreadsheet, choose a
cadence, monthly, quarterly or yearly, and pick who reads the report, either for the
whole company or for one department.
Sign-in is Google, so there is no password to manage or leak. Only the e-mail domains you
approve can join, and an address belongs to exactly one company.
For the employee
Sign in and answer whatever round is open: the NPS question, then a row of stars per
colleague. It takes a few minutes and nothing else is asked of you.
If there is nothing open, that is what you are told. If you were given a report to read,
it is one click away.
